Iraq

At the end of World War I the French and the British reneged on their promises to the Arabic allies. Although the Arabic allies supported the British advance against the Turkish armies of the Ottoman Empire with Colonel Lawrence under the guarantee of autonomy, the Treaty of Versailles failed to live up to their promise and required in article 434 “to recognize the new States in their frontier as there laid down” as designed by the British and French negotiators. This established that the West was not to be trusted.

Many legal immigrants have sacrificed their lives in defense of our country. We must work to provide the proper avenues for entry into our country and not provide unlimited benefits to those who bypass our rules.

Taxation Platform

I believe that personal industry should be encouraged and rewarded. Presently, individuals who demonstrate the fortitude to tackle a second job in order to better provide for their families face a tax penalty for working harder. I believe that those individuals so willing to take on a second job over and above their first full-time position should not be penalized by advancing into a higher tax bracket. They should instead have the second job taxed separately in a tax bracket that is at least half of what they are asked to pay with there first full-time employed position.
